Colette works for Tennent’s as it’s a company and gives her a lot of pride, being steeped in history from 1556. She has had a fantastic opportunity with Tennent’s moving from a sales role into marketing. The business has enabled her to coordinate various projects across all work streams including sales, production and innovation


Gerry Brown (Brewing Team Manager)

Gerry works at the heart of the manufacturing process as a Team Manager within the Brewing Department. Gerry joined us in 1977 and has developed his career into the front line management team through gaining invaluable experience working in the various stages of the production process, and being supported by the company to gain a Diploma in Brewing through the Institute of Brewing and Distilling.


Ailsa MacNab (Learning & Engagement Manager)

Ailsa joined as an HR Administrator on a fixed term contract and within 2 short years has been an HR Associate and is now the Learning and Engagement Manager. Ailsa loves working for Tennent’s because no two days are the same, it is fast paced and most importantly it’s the people. She also has so much passion for the brands and loves working for such an iconic Scottish Brand


Andrena Bain (Group Brand Change Manager)

Andrena is responsible for the team who execute projects, from concept to launch – essentially bringing ideas to life. Andrena had a desire to work for Tennents since she was a student and always wanted to be able to say “I work at Tennents” even before joining the company

Pat has been with the business for 11 years and had fantastic career progression through a variety of roles including starting off as Graduate Process Engineer in Clonmel, Group Procurement, Head of Integration, Group Contracts Manager and Head of Commercial Operations to name just a few.


Jordan Mitchell (National Account Executive)

Jordan joined the team straight from university as a Field Sales Representative working with customers at store level for both independent and retail sectors. Before joining Jordan was no stranger to Tennent’s, he completed two Summer Internships while still at university and used these experiences to complete his dissertation. 

Jordan was always bound for a career at Tennent’s as he comes from a long line of Tennent’s workers. Both of Jordan’s parents worked for Tennent’s and had over 50 years’ experience between them.

Thomas joined in 2012 as a Warehouse Operator. He has been successful in securing a secondment opportunity as Team Manager within the Warehouse which he believes is a result of having supportive managers over the years who have developed his understanding of the business and encouraged him to try new things
